FUN FACT:
My background also spans gastronomy and hospitality. I previously worked as a chef in fine-dining and Michelin-starred restaurants in France and California, founded Jöne’s Gelato in San Francisco, and trained in specialty coffee under both SCAE and SCAA standards. These experiences shaped my understanding of operational flow, functionality, and spatial efficiency—experience I apply to hospitality, café, and commercial design projects.

Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area and now based between Paris and Amsterdam, I have worked in real estate, interiors, and investment since 2005. Since 2014, I have specialised in short- and medium-term rental and property management across international markets, focusing on design-led homes, elevated guest experiences, and consistent performance.
My work centres on property management and relocation support for international clients navigating the French market and beyond. I bridge practical logistics with cultural understanding, guiding projects from acquisition and setup through to styling, positioning, and ongoing operations with clarity and care.
Grounded in a belief in intentional design and energetic balance, I view each property as more than a physical space—it is an environment that shapes how people feel and connect. Through intuitive styling, refined presentation, and regular energetic resets between stays, I help create homes that feel harmonious, welcoming, and aligned with the right guests.
