A Charming, Vibrant Studio with an Artistic Spirit

Canal St. Martin

PARIS, FRANCE

This 24 m² / 258 ft² studio was reimagined to unlock its full potential, starting with the removal of a large internal divider that previously disrupted flow and made the space feel more confined than it needed to be. In its place, custom shelving with integrated lighting was introduced, and the sleeping area was repositioned to create a more open and functional living and entertainment zone. A vintage mirror was added as a finishing detail, bringing a subtle Parisian touch.

With compact spaces like this, the design strategy focuses on enhancing perceived volume through negative space, clarity of layout, and visual breathing room. Intentional pops of colour and curated artwork introduce warmth and personality

Chez Bianca feels significantly more spacious than its footprint suggests—warm, inviting, and fluid in its layout, reflecting the creative energy of Canal Saint-Martin.
