A beautifully curated blue-hued studio designed by BluHaus Lab Architecture, where clean design meets everyday functionality. Located in the 11th arrondissement’s vibrant Charonne neighbourhood, this 18 m² / 194 ft² apartment was fully gutted and renovated from the ground up in collaboration with our trusted construction team, resulting in a reimagined space defined by intelligent design, bespoke storage, refined contemporary finishes, and subtle original detailing. Featuring a mezzanine sleeping area, fibre Wi-Fi, and a highly efficient layout tailored for modern living, the studio offers strong appeal for mid-term rentals, ideal for digital nomads and solo travellers seeking an authentic Paris experience.
