Artsy Chic Penthouse Flat with Balcony Views over Paris

This 42 m² / 452 ft² two-bedroom flat already had strong architectural foundations and Parisian character, including crown mouldings, herringbone parquet floors, original fireplaces, large windows, three balconies, and even a view of the Eiffel Tower. However, the interior was significantly outdated and required a complete redesign to unlock its full potential.

The space was fully reimagined with a contemporary, artistic approach, creating a brighter and more uplifting atmosphere throughout. With a bold use of colour, vibrant tones were thoughtfully integrated to add personality and energy, while maintaining a sense of openness and comfort.

One of the defining features of Chez Zsa Zsa is the use of patterned wallpaper to highlight accent walls in each bedroom, adding depth, texture, and individuality to the interiors.

Located near Gare de l’Est, the apartment benefits from excellent connectivity and access to one of Paris’s most dynamic transport hubs, with amazing surrounding neighbourhoods and the wider city all within easy reach.
